$54 pp AFTERNOON ONLY EXPERIENCE - programming starts at 1:00 PM EDT (does not include lunch)

Guided Ayurvedic Acupressure (Marma):

Explore Marma Chikitsa, aka Ayurvedic Acupressure.  You will be guided through a Marma Chikitsa sequence, offering yourself self-touch, followed by a restorative Savasana.  You will connect to Marma points on the body, which are intersections of consciousness and the physical body.  

Marma Chikitsa is an Ayurveda practice that opens the joints and moves fascia, our connective tissue that governs the nervous system.  It also clears the energetic channels of the body and invites you to experience your own intrinsic healing power.

Mushroom Growing Workshop:

Learn about local mushrooms and participate in a hands-on workshop to create shiitake logs with Justin "I am a Fungi" from www.themushroompharm.com.  You an take home your very own log There will be at-home growing options available as well as The Mushroom Pharm's tinctures and mushroom coffee.  

Medicinal Plant Discussion:

Explore the magical world of medicinal plants, from kitchen herbs to other medicinal plants, you'll hear from local experts and share knowledge and resources.  

Campfire + Community Q&A:

Integrate and absorb the days experience in community and with fire.  Light snacks will be served along with beverages.  Guests are free to explore the land or linger within community, with final depature requested by 5PM EDT.

Meals & Beverages:

• Teas, Decaf Coffee, Coffee Alternatives and water will be served
• Lunch will be provided with the option to eat as a community or in a space all your own
• Afternoon snacks will be provided as well 

Ingredients are locally sourced with dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and carnivore options.  The menu is created from an Ayurvedic perspective to support the body in Spring, Kapha season.
